Benjamintown, Suffolk County Long Island      
Benjamintown was on the back road to Eastport from East Moriches.  It started on Woodlawn Ave where the Methodist church is located.  By sea, Havens Point to Seatuck cove.  There were several Benjamin families that resided ther, hence the name.  Before the East Moriches churches were built they all attended Eastport Church.  Many of these people can be found in Wilcox's Eastport History and Genealogy of the Eastport church.
